Dried Mullan (Silver belly) Fry

INGREDIENTS:
Mullan fish – 1 kg,
Chilli powder – 1 tsp,
Coriander powder – 1/2 tsp,
Turmeric powder – 1/2 tsp,
Green chillies – 4 nos,
Salt – as per taste (optional),
Oil – 3 to 4 tsp,
Curry leaves – a handful
METHOD OF PREPARATION:
- For preparing mullan fry, first grind curry leaves, coriander leaves and green chillies.
- Mix it with fish. Add chilly powder, coriander powder, ginger -garlic paste and salt.
- Marinate it for 15 minutes.
- Fry it in pan and serve hot.
- Mullan fry is ready
