Dry FISH CURRY

INGREDIENTS:

Dry Fish(cut into pieces) – 1 kg,
Ginger – 1pieces,
Garlic -2 t,
Flake Salt – to taste,
Coccum – 2 pieces,
Fish Masala – 4 tbsp,
Shallots – 5,
Coconut Oil – 1 tbsp

METHOD OF PREPARATION:

  1. Clean and cut fish.
  2. Soak cocum  in a little water .
  3. Saute ginger(cut in long pieces), garlic shallots and curry leaves in heated coconut oil.
  4. When it will become golden brown add Fish Masala sauté well, then add cocum and water, boil it then  add fish pieces and simmer till fish is tender.

Serve it hot and enjoy…..
