Dried Mullan (Silver belly) Fry

INGREDIENTS:

Mullan fish – 1 kg,
Chilli powder – 1 tsp,
Coriander powder – 1/2 tsp,
Turmeric powder – 1/2 tsp,
Green chillies  – 4 nos,
Salt – as per taste (optional),
Oil – 3 to 4 tsp,
Curry leaves – a handful

 

METHOD OF PREPARATION:

  1. For preparing mullan fry, first grind curry leaves, coriander leaves and green chillies.
  2. Mix it with fish. Add chilly powder, coriander powder, ginger -garlic paste and salt.
  3. Marinate it for 15 minutes.
  4. Fry it in pan and serve hot.
  5. Mullan fry is ready

Serve it hot and enjoy…..
